Gold package:

Includes everything in the Silver Package + Includes:
Accountancy support. Our complete package makes sure our property owners don't have anything else to think about. You have peace of mind while you see the increase to your income. We understand that for non residents it may be hard to understand the fiscal and legal requirements that this activity requires. In fact, invoicing guests and fulfilling Portuguese Border Control laws (SEF Reporting) is challenging, especially for those who do not feel comfortable with the Portuguese languages and the Portuguese financial declarations website.
