On the 1st floor there are 3 bedrooms with double beds, one with a fireplace and all with private bathrooms with shower. There is also a bedroom on the same floor with a bathtub in the bathroom. The exterior of the villa is magnificent, with a huge vineyard, the numerous strelicia and palm trees and the grass around the pool give it a tropical look. The swimming pool is of great dimensions, 12 meters long by 6 meters wide and depth between 1 meter and 2.2 meters. The swimming pool has the possibility of being heated only between April and October (extra fee applies). A huge outdoor table serves as a base for the group's al-fresco meals, combined with a charcoal BBQ and outdoor furniture overlooking the pool.
