Located 200 meters from the beach, this 4-bedroom villa is suitable for families or groups who appreciate the contact with nature, bike rides and the tranquility of the coast, without losing the possibility of enjoying the most diverse summer activities that are meters away. The bedrooms are composed as follows: • Ground Floor – Bedroom with a double bed with private bathroom • Ground Floor - Bedroom with 2 single beds plus 2 drawers, shared bathroom • Ground Floor - Bedroom with 2 twin beds (can be made together) with shared bathroom • 1st Floor - Mezzanine above the living room with double bed, shared bathroom All the bedrooms have air conditioning. The villa has at your disposal a fully equipped and organized kitchen so that you can cook the most varied delicacies for family and friends. The indoor dining area has a table for 6 people plus sideboard / wine cellar with 2 more chairs. The living room has 2 sofas with 3 seats, 2 armchairs, 1 footrest, fireplace, good size TV with cable channels. Free Wi-Fi in all areas. Air conditioning is available throughout the house. As a heating source for the cooler days there is also a fireplace. The basement has a snooker table and table football for the entertainment of our guests. The exterior of the villa is manicured all around and has a small fish pond at the entrance. The pool is 10 meters long by 5.5 meters wide and depths between 1 and 2 meters. We supply pool heating at 48h before arrival, at an additional cost. This service is provided between April and October, however if the minimum temperatures are not suitable to provide this services it might be decline. The outdoor is quite spacious and allows you to relax while sunbathing in the outdoor furniture and sun loungers or under the shade of the magnificent pergola that covers the outdoor dining area. This outdoor space has a charcoal B.B.Q. with a washbasin and next to it a table for up to 10 people, which will allow you to enjoy al-fresco meals with all the comfort. Next to the outdoor dining area there is a fire pit that becomes very useful on cooler days.

This Villa in Albufeira is a short walk from Ólhos de Água beach. It has 4 rooms, all rooms equipped with air conditioning. Its disposition is as follows: Ground floor - Bedroom with 2 single beds and bathroom with bath Ground floor - Bedroom with 2 single beds and bathroom with bath 1st floor - Bedroom with 2 single beds and bathroom with shower 1st floor v- Bedroom with double bed and bathroom with bath The rooms on the 1st floor share a terrace overlooking the garden. On the ground floor there is a service bathroom. The kitchen is independent and compact. It is equipped with a cooker with hob, microwave, dishwasher and refrigerator. In the living room you will find a small sofa and a TV and in parallel is the dining room. In the middle, a few steps down, you will find a Moorish style area where you can socialize. Outside, the private swimming pool is surrounded by a paved floor with ample space to relax. It also has a side lawn area that gives access to the BBQ.
