This large villa is completely private, has parking space with automatic gate, a swimming pool and private garden and is fenced all around offering total privacy to its visitors. It offers a very nice outdoor space with barbecue, recreation area and even a games room with pool table and table tennis table.
There is a total of 4 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms, distributed as follow:
• Ground Floor – Double Bed with and additional sofa bed and an en-suite bathroom
• Ground Floor – Double Bed with an en-suite bathroom
• First Floor – 2 single beds with a shared bathroom
• First Floor – 2 single beds with a shared bathroom
At ground floor level there’s an additional WC. All the bedrooms have air conditioning.
The large kitchen is fully equipped, modern and decorated in neutral tones. The laundry is just next to it, equipped with washer and dryer, with direct access to the outside.
The living room is spacious, it has one table with 8 seats and another with 6 other places. For temperature control, there is a fireplace and air conditioning.
In the comfortable sofas in front of the fireplace, watch the flat screen TV with English spoken channels or browse the internet via WI-FI.
Downstairs, at the back garden, with access from the outside, there is a garage that has been converted to a games room with a pool table and a table tennis table.
The private pool measures 8 meters long and 4 meters wide, shallow by the stairs and progressively deepening to 1.60 meters. We supply pool heating at 48h before arrival, at an additional cost. This service is provided between April and October, however if the minimum temperatures are not suitable to provide this services it might be decline. The well-kept garden surrounds the entire house, with various species of plants, palms and other trees as well as a good turf for games and activities.
The BBQ is charcoal fed.
Parking space for cars is just in front of the house, accessed via an automatic gate.

This is a spacious 5-bedroom villa located at “the village” urbanization, between Vale do Lobo, Quinta do Lago and Almancil. Less than a km away from great household restaurant names and just 5 minutes away from the nearby resorts and the local beaches. It is decorated tastefully and in a comfortable way with everything you will need for a great family holiday. In total, there are 5 en-suite bedrooms, all with air conditioning. 6 bathrooms, 8 beds where a maximum of 10 persons can sleep. The bedrooms are distributed as follow: • Ground Floor – super king bed – private bathroom with shower • Ground Floor – super king bed – private bathroom with shower • 1st Floor – super king bed – private bathroom with shower • 1st Floor – super king bed – private bathroom with shower • 1st Floor – super king bed - private bathroom with shower and bathtub At ground floor level there’s an extra WC. The house has a practical and modern fully equipped kitchen with a central island, complete with dishwasher, microwave, coffee machine and other indispensable accessories. It also has direct access to the BBQ and both indoor and outdoor dining tables. The living room is bright with its many windows leading to the outside and has fireplace to make the space cozier on winter days. There’s Wi-Fi broadband internet connection and TV with English channels (BBC, ITV, etc…). There were things that needed repairing like the sun beds and shower door that really should have been done before we arrived rather than me having to phone your office while I'm on holiday to organise it. The floor in the kitchen is coming upcollapssee more

The floor in the kitchen is coming upcollapsing as well, which I pointed out to your handyman. It was an amazing villa, but needs work done to bring it up to standard that we usually see in that area. But note, Seashell were always very responsive with problems, so thank you for that.
