Villa Alaia is a charming and cozy country house located in Malhão, near Boliqueime.
The villa is located in the peaceful countryside of Malhão, 4kms from Boliqueime and 8kms from Paderne. In both Boliqueime and Paderne you will find a selection of local bars and restaurants, as well as small local supermarkets. The nearest golf course is 16kms away and the nearest beach at Falésia is 14kms away, or 20 minutes by car. Close to Falésia beach are the popular resorts of Vilamoura, Olhos d'Água and Albufeira. Faro airport is 35kms away.
The pool area, complete with a heated children's pool, is surrounded by private and tranquil gardens which make this four bedroom home an ideal retreat for families and friends. This property can be rented as a 3 or 4 bedroom villa depending on how many occupants.
The property has Wi-Fi internet and air conditioning in the rooms. The entrance to the house is on the ground floor, where most of the house's rooms are located, namely the kitchen; dining room; living room; bedrooms one and two and an en suite bathroom. On the top floor is the master bedroom and outside the exterior suite is accessed from the garden.
The living room has a TV with satellite channels, CD player and PlayStation console, located on a spacious covered terrace.
The contemporary kitchen is fully equipped for ten people with a full range of high quality appliances including microwave oven, American style fridge freezer and dishwasher. The washing machine is located in an external utility room.
One bedroom on the ground floor is a twin bedded room with an en suite bathroom. Bedroom two, ideal for children, has two single beds. Bedroom two has the downstairs bathroom nearby. Upstairs, bedroom three is the master double bedroom and has air conditioning, a walk-in closet, an en-suite bathroom with separate shower and a spacious private terrace overlooking the surrounding countryside.
It has a suite with 2 single beds and 1 double bed. This is not included in the normal stay price and must be booked prior to your arrival.
Pleasant gardens surround the heated children's pool and the main pool, which measures 11 meters x 5 meters and is 2 meters deep at the deep end. The main pool can be heated for an additional weekly fee and must be reserved in advance.
Pool security fence is available free of charge for the adult pool but must be requested at time of booking.
Next to the pool there is a spacious covered terrace with a barbecue, dining table, table football and a pool table.
The laundry room and the independent suite are outside, with air conditioning, satellite TV, kitchenette with fridge, bedroom with double bed and two single beds and private bathroom with shower.
Included in the villa rental price is cleaning service twice a week (except Sundays and public holidays), towels (changed mid-week) and bed linen (changed weekly). Bookings of up to 6 people pay the lower group rate, but do not have access to the external suite. Reservations for 7 or more people pay the larger group rate and have access to the external suite.
High chairs and cribs are available upon request and will be included free of charge.

It has a great garden all around the property, fully enclosed, and a good-sized pool that catches the Sun all day long.
