It consists of the main house, two courtyard suites, including a newly renovated luxury suite with jacuzzi and poolside games room, as well as the wonderful large swimming pool. Perfect for groups, families and friends. This property is rented as a 3.5 or 7 bedroom villa, depending on how many occupants.
The property has Wi-Fi internet and air conditioning throughout.
The ground floor of the main house is where the reception rooms, kitchen, pantry and bathroom are located. The air-conditioned split-level living room has a television with cable channels, DVD player, CD player and Playstation console, and doors lead to the terrace, which can also be accessed from the dining room.
The kitchen is fully equipped, prepared for up to 14 guests with a comprehensive list of appliances, including a microwave oven, American style fridge freezer and dishwasher. The utility room has a washer/dryer.
The master bedroom is located on the first floor of the main house and two twin bedrooms are located on the lower level of the main house. Each of the courtyard suites contains two bedrooms with a private bathroom.
The air-conditioned master double bedroom on the first floor has a lovely private terrace, television, dressing area and en-suite bathroom. The lower floor of the main house has a bathroom and two double bedrooms with terraces, one with an en-suite bathroom.
Both patio suites have air conditioning and central heating. The first suite has a double bedroom and a twin bedroom, both en suite. The second luxury suite in the courtyard has been recently refurbished and has a jacuzzi and has two en-suite bedrooms, one double and one twin.
The main pool measures 12 meters x 6 meters and is 2 meters deep at the deep end. The main pool can be heated at an additional weekly cost and must be reserved in advance. Next to the main pool there is a heated children's pool measuring 7 meters x 3.5 meters in size. There is a selection of open and covered terraces to enjoy the views and take advantage of the built-in barbecue.
Pool safety fence is available free of charge around adult and children pools but must be requested at time of booking.
The outdoor games room has a TV with satellite channels, DVD player, table football, card table, pool table and Playstation games console.
The villa is located in the peaceful countryside of Malhão, 4kms from Boliqueime and 8kms from Paderne. In both Boliqueime and Paderne you can find a selection of local bars and restaurants, as well as small local supermarkets. The nearest golf course is 16kms away and the nearest beach at Falésia is 14kms away, or 20 minutes by car. Close to Falésia beach are the popular resorts of Vilamoura, Olhos d'Agua and Albufeira. Faro airport is 35kms from Casa Cahombo.
Included in the villa rental price is cleaning service twice a week (except Sundays), towel service once a week and bed linen once a week.
Bookings paying the 3 bedroom rate for up to 6 people do not have access to any of the courtyard suites, only the main house.
