It is located in the peaceful countryside of Malhão, a charming village 4 km from Boliqueime and 8 km from Paderne. In both Boliqueime and Paderne you can find a selection of local bars and restaurants, as well as small local supermarkets. The nearest golf course is 16kms away and the nearest beach, at Falésia, is 14kms away or 20 minutes by car. Close to Falésia beach are the popular resorts of Vilamoura, Olhos d'Agua and Albufeira. Faro airport is 35kms from the House.
The property can be rented as a five bedroom villa using only the bedrooms in the main house, or it can be rented as a six bedroom villa with use of the annexe's exterior suite.

There is a half bathroom located near the living room. Off the living room, on the terrace, is the first of two outdoor dining tables.
The second outdoor dining table is on the lower (pool) level of the villa grounds, situated next to the integrated charcoal barbecue and the main games room, which is superbly equipped with TV, PlayStation 4 console, DVD player, stereo and pool table. Even included table tennis and table football!
Bedroom one in the main house is accessed via a flight of stairs from the villa's main entrance and is complete with a double bed, sitting area, en-suite bathroom with shower and double sinks and door leading directly to the terrace with garden.
Bedroom two is the master suite with a double bed, TV with cable channels, doors to the garden terrace, double wardrobes with a safe and an en-suite bathroom with shower and double sinks. All bathrooms have hairdryers.
Bedroom three is a twin room that can be made up as a double on request, with doors to the side terrace and an en-suite bathroom.
Bedrooms four and five are on the upper level of the main house. Bedroom four has a double bed, an en suite bathroom and doors to a small private terrace with far reaching ocean views. Bedroom five has two single beds and a private bathroom.
The sixth bedroom is the annex suite with external access, and this bedroom has split air conditioning (same as all other rooms at Casa Alemão), double bed, private bathroom with shower, TV with cable channels, DVD player and a kitchenette with appliances including hob, extractor and fridge. Outside the attached suite, on the terrace, is a charcoal grill.
The swimming pool is free form and measures approximately 12 x 7 meters with entrance by steps. The shallow part of the pool is 1.20 meters deep and the deepest part of the pool is 1.50 meters deep. The pool can be heated at an additional weekly cost and must be reserved in advance. There is also a heated children's pool with a depth of 0.40 meters and the heating of this pool is free of charge, included in the rental price.
There is an outdoor shower on the pool terrace and adjacent male and female changing rooms. The terraces are perfect for enjoying meals outdoors, prepared on the barbecue.
Events with more than 35 people have an additional cost of €2000 and a deposit of €3000.
