This private 4-bedroom villa is located in a very quiet cul-de-sac just a couple hundred meters away from the Old Village, just next to Pinhal Golf Course. Recently redecorated with a modern touch and comfortable furniture, meant to be practical and aimed towards the comfort of its guests. The bedrooms and bathrooms are configured as follows: • Ground Floor - Bedroom with a double bed and a shared bathroom • 1st Floor - Bedroom with a double bed and a private bathroom • 1st Floor – Bedroom with 2 single beds and a private bathroom • 1st Floor – Bedroom with 2 single beds and a private bathroom All the bedrooms have air conditioning. Recently refurbished, the kitchen is modern and totally equipped. It has direct access to the BBQ area and to the dining area. The living and dining area is also modern and functional, with plenty of seating and direct access to the pool/garden and BBQ. With cable TV, DVD and a modern 40” LED screen. Downstairs in the basement there’s also a pool table to keep the guests entertained. The architecture of the house provides for a refreshing shade just under the BBQ and the outdoor dining table, perfectly positioned and safeguarded from the elements. The charcoal BBQ is positioned just next to the table which makes it very practical to use. The pool can be considered to be of normal size, approximately 8 by 5 meters with a sort of an L shape. It is 1 meter deep by the stairs and 2 meters by the deep end. Outside there is plenty of parking space.

This villa is spacious and well decorated. It sleeps 10 persons in comfort. It has free broadband Wi-Fi, TV with British (BBC, ITV, etc…) and Portuguese channels, all the bedrooms have air conditioning. There are 5 bedrooms in total, all with air conditioning. 2 bedrooms on the first floor and 3 on the ground floor. The configuration is as follow: 1st floor - 1 bedroom with a double bed 1st floor – 1 bedroom with 2 single beds Ground floor – 1 bedroom with a double bed Ground floor – 1 bedroom with a double bed Ground floor – 1 bedroom with 2 single beds These bedrooms share 3 bathrooms in total. 1 in the 1st floor and 2 in the ground floor. The villa has a spacious and pleasant exterior with grass all around the plot and a pool of approximately 9 meters in length and 4 meters wide, the deepest zone has 1.80 meters deep and near the steps it has 0.80 meters. We supply pool heating at 48h before arrival, at an additional cost. This service is provided between April and October, however if the minimum temperatures are not suitable to provide this services it might be decline. Next to the pool, the 10 sun loungers provide the ideal conditions for a well deserved rest. Still outside, a large dining space, prepared for 10 people allows great family moments. The outdoor furniture enhances the space and allows you, perfect leisure moments. Outside, near the dining table, there´s a charcoal BBQ that our guests can use to prepare their pleasant and healthy al-fresco meals. On the spacious terrace on the first floor, some outdoor furniture allows you to enjoy the magnificent view and appreciate the sunsets. There are 3 private parking spaces, one of them is covered. Nearby, just 1 km away our guests can shop at the local supermarket. Also at 1 Km its Oceanico Old Course Clubhouse and 5 km away there’s the Vilamoura Marina.
